Lieblingsgerichte für Freunde – an einem Ort, an dem man bleibt. Berlin, 18.11.2014 – Heute Abend öffnet Heinz Gindullis alias Cookie offiziell die Türen des
Crackers: eine neue, urbane Kombination aus Bar und Restaurant. Von außen deutet nichts
auf den Ort des Geschehens hin, der sich an der Friedrichstraße Ecke Unter den Linden
hinter der Hausnummer 158 verbirgt. Der Weg hinein führt durch einen schmalen, dunklen
Korridor, langsam wird es lauter, Stimmengewirr, Musik, Töpfe klappern – und plötzlich
steht der Gast mitten in der offenen Küche. Die Räumlichkeiten des ehemaligen Clubs
wurden von den Architekten Laura Rave und Jörg Schumann vollständig umgebaut, das
Ergebnis ist überraschend und beeindruckend zugleich: Das Crackers ist ein gemütlicher
Raum mit klarer, weltoffener Küche. Ein Ort für Freunde, der mehr ist, als nur ein
